Overhalla Betongbygg ble etablert så tidlig som i 1946 på Bjørnes i Overhalla. I over 60 år har familiebedriften vært leverandør av betongprodukter til det norske markedet. I 1990 fikk bedriften mønsterbeskyttet en selvutviklet spalteplank for fjøs, som etterhvert ble landets mest brukte. Fra å være en lokal leverandør gikk selskapet på nittitallet gjennom en utvikling og ekspansjon som satte bedriften solid på kartet over store norske aktører i betongelementindustrien. Bedriftens omstillingsevne har vært et kjennetegn og en suksessfaktor, som har resultert i en omsetningsøkning fra 1 mill i 1990 til 205 mill i 2012.
