Perspectus Architecture is a full-service planning and design firm delivering creative solutions with a heavy emphasis on healthcare, higher education, senior living, retail, governmental and recreation projects.
Working together since 1979, William Ayars AIA ACHA and Lawrence Fischer AIA ACHA co-founded Perspectus in 2001 with a team of architects that has executed major projects for hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the Midwest. In 2007, Peter Bohan AIA LEED AP and Michael Lipowski AIA LEED AP were named principals, joining Ayars and Fischer in guiding the direction of the firm. In 2013, Vladimir Novakovic, AIA, NCARB, Sal Rini, AIA and James Wallis, AIA, NCARB were also named Principals.
Perspectus recently completed a merger with HFP/Ambuske Architects, enhancing the firm's strength in healthcare design. The HFP team is now located in the Perspectus Cleveland office, and HFP founder Alan Ambuske, AIA is a principal of Perspectus Architecture.
