Philadelphia Gay Men's Chorus

The Philadelphia Gay Men's Chorus (PGMC) entertains audiences, supports communities, and fosters acceptance through exceptional musical performance. Since its formation in 1981, PGMC has grown to become the Delaware Valley's largest male chorus and has steadily increased its standing both within the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender) community and among Philadelphia arts organizations. Today, PGMC has over 120 singing members and having performed to thousands of people from all walks of life, presents a home season of three subscription concerts, in December, March & May. The Chorus also performs at cabarets, fundraisers, schools, and other community outreach events throughout the year. Our repertoire includes a broad range of styles, including art music, spirituals, love songs, Broadway, Hollywood, opera, pop, folk songs and the latest LGBT empowerment music.
