I discovered Powerhooping back in the UK where there are over 750 trained Powerhoop Instructors. After I did my first class I was hooked. I couldn’t believe how you could have so much fun whilst exercising! I very quickly trained up as a Powerhoop Instructor and started taking classes in the ladies gym I worked in at the time. What amazed me was that these classes attracted ladies of ALL shapes and ALL sizes, ALL fitness levels and ALL ages. My classes were bursting at the seams and people couldn’t get enough hooping. I was witnessing my class members changing shape before my very eyes. Powerhooping is addictive. Seeing this amazing success happening and hearing every other instructor’s success stories I decided to bring Powerhooping to New Zealand.
I am now looking to train up more Fitness Instructors as demand dramatically increases all over the country for the Powerhoop Workout. My passion is to be able to share the love of Powerhooping. To bring people to exercise who are looking for something
