Professional Insurance Agents Association Of Chattanooga

The Professional Insurance Agents Association (PIA) of Chattanooga is a professional independent insurance agents association that promotes education and resources for independent agents in the Chattanooga area. The purpose of PIA (paraphrased from the Chattanooga PIA Constitution and By-Laws, Article II, Section I) is to promote the welfare of independent agents within our community, advise the public in the community about the advantages of obtaining insurance through independent agencies, aid in the development of this association and others, improve standards of training, qualifications and ethics of members, work toward greater cooperation between agents and their companies, and encourage all things good and necessary to promote independent agents in the community to better serve the public. PIA was founded in 1931, and has been a thriving organization ever since. Each year, we host a golf tournament, and we have monthly meetings at O'Charley's in Hixson.
