PROFICO was established in 1991, headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal, with the main goal of developing design projects in the area of structural engineering. Since then PROFICO has experienced a sustainable growth comprising nowadays multidisciplinary teams with experience in design of buildings and bridges, roads and infrastructures, water supply and sewage, project management and works supervision. The environmental studies are done through PROFICO Ambiente which is specialized in Environment and Regional Planning. Our Company is not part of any economic group; however, it is the co-founder of CENGA, a company dedicated to the provision of engineering services in Angola since 2007, and ECM (Consulting Engineers of Mozambique) since 2012. More recently, PROFICO decided to enter the Brazilian engineering market through a participation in a Brazilian company with its office in São Paulo since 2014 - PROFICO Consulting Engineers of Brazil.
