Project Development & Engineering (PDE) has managed with consistency to establish itself as a respectable and well-known independent partner in the engineering, procurement and commissioning of HVAC systems for offshore and industrial applications. The HVAC assignments under our care are normally complex and require fundamental knowledge and determination from our engineers.
