Project MANAS is the official undergraduate AI Robotics Team of MIT, Manipal.

The advancement of humanity through the adoption of machines of higher intelligence for a safer and more productive future.
Our Mission:
To become the first team to overcome the challenge of building India’s first autonomous car. Through the well-rounded education experience we stand to gain by using this project as a platform, we offer the students an assortment of knowledge, hands of experience and soft skills, which will prove to be valuable assets in their professional careers.
We are currently taking part in Mahindra’s 1 Million dollar “Spark The Rise Driverless Car Challenge”. Using the initial prototype, Project MANAS qualified the initial 3 stages and is among the top 13 out of the 259 teams across the nation.
