CyLTV es la televisión autonómica de Castilla y León. Gestionada por Radio Televisión de Castilla y León S.A, sociedad de capital 100% privado, constituye un nuevo concepto de televisión en la Comunidad. Inició sus emisiones el 9 de marzo de 2009.
Castilla y León Televisión distribuye su oferta audiovisual a través de dos canales: La 7, cuya programación de carácter regional es similar para todo el territorio las 24 horas del día, y La 8, el canal que en determinadas franjas horarias incluye desconexiones territoriales.
Castilla y León Televisión ha establecido sus principales centros de trabajo en Valladolid, donde cuenta con tres sedes destinadas a los servicios informativos, al departamento de producción propia y al área administrativa. Dispone de 10 centros de producción territorial, ubicados en las nueve capitales de provincia de la Comunidad y en la comarca de El Bierzo, y de una delegación en Madrid.
