RSVP Houston is an upscale direct mail publisher that publishes and mails cooperative postcards in the Houston Metro Area for our advertisers. We market to average home values of $350,000 with family incomes averages of$150,000. We mail to 5 regions of 40,000 names 4 times per year. Using cooperative mailings our mailing costs are significantly less than mailing individual postcards. We also provide our advertisers with 1,000 bonus cards which can be the same as published in the mailer or the backside can be different for direct mail purposes. In order to help our advertisers identify where there leads came from we supply them with call tracking activities. We also have optional services for a key new service called Talking Postcards and radius mailings. This Talking Postcards works with us placing a QR Code on the advertisers postcard which points to a smart phone website where the aadvertiser can talk about their services.
