Russian Abstract Art Foundation

The Foundation's mission is to build up proper scientific and historical understanding of Russian abstract art in the global context. Focusing on the artist's studio "New Reality", the Foundation puts the main task to identify and demonstrate the place of this phenomenon, as well as Russian abstraction as a whole in the history of art. Intellectual and artistic heritage of the "New Reality" is not only an unique material for contemporary artists elaborating innovative ideas in the arts, but also helped the Foundation to create an educational program aimed at developing creative thinking for people not engaged in art. The Foundation plans to implement the program in the Russian education system. Another goal of the Foundation is to support and promote Russian contemporary artists involved in abstract and innovative art all over the world.
