Sam’s Holdings is privately owned and operated locally in Matthews, NC by Sami Nafisi. Sami joined the Charlotte community in 1980, and has become a successful entrepreneur with the inception of his gasoline business in 1993. Our operations spread across three states: North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Sam’s Holdings has 3 businesses with opportunities for employment: LSAA, LLC dba Sam’s Mart is a C-Store business; Sam’s Xpress Car Wash, LLC is a state-of-the-art stand-alone car wash; and SRE, and Sam’s Real Estate which was developed in order to become self-sufficient through an internal real estate team.
