GiveSafe is an app that enables users to donate to the homeless (or street vendors, performers, etc.) without cash but with the accountability that the donation can only be used on positive self-investments (e.g. food, hygiene, shelter, job training, etc.)
We'll give Bluetooth beacons to the homeless through our non-profit partners (we're working on how "earners" can obtain the beacon), which will trigger a push notification on a user's phone when within approximately 50 feet. Within a couple taps, users can find out a bit more about the person and/or give.
