Sankofa Achievement Center

The Sankofa Achievement Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization located in Nashville, TN. The SAC is a place where every student will develop deep understanding of the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue higher education, obtain employment, contribute to the civic well-being of the community and have the opportunity for a rewarding and fulfilling life where culture and diversity drives direction. Our focus for the children we work with are ACADEMICS, SOCIALIZATION, DISCIPLINE and CULTURAL EXCELLENCE. Throughout the school year and during the summer break, we offer reading, math and writing clinics, mind and body fitness, music, art and theatre, web design and computer classes. RESPECT, CONFIDENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM are the core pillars of THE SAC. We understand that when positive self-concept is nurtured our children thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
