SELECT Motor Recruitment (SMR) is owner-managed by Debbie Penrose and is driven and operated by a focused team of professional consultants; committed to service excellence. SMR, based in Bruma, Johannesburg, was established in 1990 by Nadine Milner until late 2015, when Debbie bought the company from her.
