SERVISIO - TILBAGE I JOB
Servisio hjælper mennesker med at komme tilbage i job, finde en ny uddannelse eller til at komme tættere på arbejdsmarkedet efter ledighed eller sygdom. På vejen afklarer vi den enkelte i forhold til ressourcer og muligheder.
Servisio har mange års erfaring med både afklarende- og jobrettede indsatser. Vi tilbyder afklarings- ressource- jobsøgning- og jobafklaringsforløb, samt aktive forløb for sygedagpengemodtagere, herunder mestringskurser i forhold til fysisk og psykisk sygdom.
I Servisio tilbyder vi en virksomhedsrettet indsats, som understøtter at borgere kommer hurtigt tilbage i job.
TVÆRFAGLIGE KOMPETENCER
De ansatte i Servisio har en bred og solid erfaring fra beskæftigelsesområdet og tæller et tværfagligt team af almenmediciner, psykiater, psykolog og fysioterapeut samt socialrådgivere, virksomhedskonsulenter, afspændingspædagoger, psykoterapeuter og virksomhedskonsulenter.
