When the Shuckin' Shack opened their first oyster bar in Carolina Beach, North Carolina in 2007, there goals were simple: create a cozy, local restaurant that consistently delivers steamed or raw oysters and other fresh seafood - nothing fried. We provide all sports packages to create a fun atmosphere for our great food at a really good price. While opening our second location in Downtown Wilmington North Carolina we learned to develop the operating and training systems that were needed to be able to replicate our success. With six locations now open in three states we have documented those systems and we continue to evolve them almost every day.
