Now you don’t have to play the texting and waiting game with sitters. With Sitter you simply add the babysitters you know and love to your network — they don’t even need to have the app for you to use Sitter! Then, when you want to go out, select a date and time and tap ‘send’. Once you send your request your sitters will receive a text message and an in-app notification. All they have to do is respond ‘Y’ or ’N’ to accept or decline the job. The first sitter to respond gets the job! You’ll get notified that a babysitter is booked and can check the status of a request in the app at any time. All that awkward math and cash handling? No more.
