Sixth Dimension is a young company established to provide program, project and construction management services for the 21st century. The company is off to a remarkable start. It is currently managing, in joint venture, the renovation of the $40 Million 24 story Board of Equalization building in Sacramento, the $80 M Access Barrier Removal program for the Bay Area, Sacramento and Los Angeles regions for the California State DGS, the $40 M Juvenile hall and the $90 M Jail additions projects for Monterey County. It is also providing management consultant support to the CM team for the $780M Highland Hospital project, Alameda County.
