Skills and qualities mean special abilities that people have in order to carry out certain tasks in a successful and effective way. These abilities and qualities can be divided in two different kinds namely the soft skills and the hard skills. Soft skills are the general skills that are conducive to fulfilling all general tasks successfully and effectively as general traits of personality like communication skills, presentation skills, leadership qualities, listening skills, problem solving skills, time management skills et cetera.
