Skioo is revolutionising the alpine skiing industry with its ski-lift ticketing platform that is integrated in IT systems of ski-resorts, ski-lift owners and those of on-line accommodation booking platforms. We are heading towards becoming the first global distribution system (GDS) for the winter sports industry (market size 30+ bln EUR annually).
From the client's perspective Skioo is a smart ski-pass that works on any ski resort and at any time (= convenience), that is linked to the user's credit card or pre-paid account (= no more queuing at the cash-desk) and that lets one pay only once skied (= no need to choose the duration of a ski pass in advance).
