Die Stahlbeton Wohnmodule für den schnellen und flexiblen Einsatz
Solid.Box Wohnmodule werden komplett aus Smartbeton gefertigt. Die Vorteile liegen auf der Hand:
Beton ist stabil und hat eine sehr lange Lebensdauer. Darüber hinaus punktet dieser Baustoff mit guter Wärmeisolierung, erhöhtem Schallschutz und optimalem Brandschutz.
Solid.Box-Wohnmodule sind mit Küchenzeile, Dusche und WC ausgestattet und werden fix und fertig vor
Ort angeliefert. Bauseits ist lediglich ein Planum, ein Wasser-, Abwasser- und Stromanschluss erforderlich.
Die Wohnmodule sind direkt nach der Aufstellung beziehbar.
Die Solid.Box-Wohnmodule haben eine 70 % kürzere Realisierungsdauer und können beliebig aneinander-
gereiht oder bis zu fünf Etagen hoch aufeinander gestapelt werden. Bei einer Reihen- oder Blocknutzung
sind Treppenhäuser in entsprechender Bauweise zwischen den einzelnen Wohnmodulen eingeplant oder
als Galer
