Sorgente levert medische voedingen, zoals sondevoeding, drinkvoeding, kindervoeding en stofwisselingspreparaten aan patiënten thuis. Als aanvulling hierop leveren we ook eiwitarme producten en toebehoren voor sondevoeding.
Sorgente beschouwt het als haar missie om mensen te helpen die door een medische noodzaak zijn aangewezen op medische voeding thuis. Wij geloven dat een juist gebruik van medische voeding bijdraagt aan het herstel bij ziekte, het voorkomen van complicaties en de kwaliteit van leven.
In goede samenwerking met de diëtist/arts geven onze deskundige medewerkers persoonlijke ondersteuning bij het gebruik van medische voeding en leveren de benodigde producten en materialen zo snel mogelijk aan huis. Ons uitgangspunt is om patiënten en hun naasten optimaal te ontzorgen. Op basis van hun wensen en behoeften bieden we de juiste voedingszorg thuis, zodat de medische voeding een maximale bijdrage levert aan het behandeldoel.
