The St. Louis/Kansas City/Southern Illinois Equity Funds have played a critical role in creating affordable housing during the past 26 years. The funds have raised over $366 million since inception, creating 4,446 homes throughout the State of Missouri, Southern Illinois and Eastern Kansas. Our mission is to effectively utilize corporate investment and available tax incentives to stimulate the development of affordable rental housing for families, seniors and individuals with special needs.
