Strong and Healthy Dallas was founded in 2010 with the main goal to help people to improve their lives.
It has been my passion to study the proper care and maintenance of the body, and emotional health to a level in which each individual can find their inner capacity to transform their own lives. No one can change if they are not really ready. I am the coach, my clients are the living pieces of this puzzle of wellness.
I have learned that living with balance is the only way to achieve optimal health.

I have designed programs to help people, lose weight, gain strength, improve mobility, flexibility, manage stress, and find balance among body, mind, and spirit.
