Strategy:
We have two goals for strategy: 1) create the filter so all team members can objectively evaluate/improve design decisions, feature requirements, phasing, and 2) inspire design and technical teams with a real picture of the business challenge. We size market opportunities, conduct ethnographic research, sketch customer journeys, develop go-to-market plans but not as rituals. We use strategy for doing.
