A Certified Massage Therapist, and a Professional Member of the Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).
My core training in bodywork is from the National Massage Therapy Institute in Turnersville, NJ & Philadelphia, PA.
Each year I supplement my training with additional workshops, to stay up-to-date and learn new skills. Academically, I earned a B.A. in Communications from Rowan University.
Before entering the field of Massage Therapy, I worked in development, public relations and fund raising. Other interests include fitness, continuing education and a great cup of coffee.
The health benefits of massage and the healing power of touch is being documented more each day. The medical community is more accepting of it than it was in the past.
Massage increases circulation, range of motion and flexibility. It also helps increase the detoxification process of the human body, and it just feels good.”
