Overview
Swift Action's mission is to help ordinary people navigate through the Small Claims Court system without a lawyer. We are a new start-up developing innovative legal tools to close the information gaps that frustrate and intimidate self-represented litigants that cannot afford the high cost of modern legal services. We aim to help people sitting in front of a blank computer screen trying to write a legal document with no idea where to start.
Our products – Case-Packs
Swift Action’s products – called Case-Packs – are comprehensive sets of sample court documents, forms and filings. Each Case-Pack tells the story of a fictitious legal dispute and includes the actual legal documents that would have been created and submitted to the court throughout the dispute. Each Case-Pack is drafted by a licensed Ontario lawyer, so it is trustworthy and reliable, yet written in a style that is accessible to people without legal training.
