TAB-FOREST Mines, Limited (“TAB-FOREST” or the “Company”) is a mineral exploration company focused on gold production with more than eighty (80) plus small scale concessions along with fifteen (15) large scale gold mineral concessions throughout the gold mining belts of Ghana, West Africa. The Company’s near-term objective is to leverage its small scale assets to become a leading producer of gold in Ghana.
TAB-FOREST’s current focus is on its Ahafo Project (the “Project”), which contains both alluvial and hard rock gold deposits. The Project is located within the Sefwi-Bibiani Gold Belt, one of the largest of the Birimiam gold belts of West Africa, which is host to over 31 million ounces of gold and is adjacent to Newmont Mining Corporation’s (“Newmont”) Ahafo operation (11.6 million ounces of gold reserves).
