A locavore is someone who eats food that has been grown within 100 miles of where they live.
Why do you consider yourself an accidental locavore?
Because last summer I accidentaIly stumbled into a wonderful world of freshly grown produce, from the farmers down the road. Before I knew it we were eating locally, and it was great! Knowing how to navigate greenmarkets, local farmstands, and your supermarket and choosing the best they have to offer is not something that comes naturally to many.

I give you a whole host of insider tips, including that the freshest and healthiest food you can eat is right outside your doorstep. You will learn how to select the best produce no matter where you live and I’ll show you how to prepare it with simple recipes that anyone can do.
