After successful careers in academic and private medical practice management Mark Babst and Neal Green founded The Coding Network in 1995 on the core principal that accurate coding is an essential component of any compliance program, and is critical to optimizing reimbursement. The Coding Network has since grown into America’s premier specialty-specific coding vendor. All of work is done in the United States by a team of over 450 single specialty coders and auditors that cover over 55 physician specialties and sub specialties.
TCN provides 4 basic services:
1. Coding (day to day, backlog, vacation/medical coverage and expansion that doesn’t require a full FTE)
2. Coding accuracy audits, including ICD-10 Gap Analysis
3. Physician documentation training
4. Helpline
