The Community Hub Haringey

The Council of Asian People (CAP) is a voluntary organization established in September 1981 to provide a range of services in social welfare, education and training to the Asian Community in the Borough of Haringey. CAP is one of the strategic centres in Haringey providing essential services to complement existing mainstream Services of the Council. It is the only organisation of its kind in North London providing culturally specific services to the asian community. The main aims and objectives of the Council of Asian People are to promote and develop social, cultural and economic development of the communities, and in particular the asian community, in and around the London Borough of Haringey. Our community centre provides activities in ayurveda massage, yoga, walking and keep-fit. We also offer clubs in film, cookery, music, and health.
