The Mermaid proudly stands on the north bank of the Thames at Blackfriars a minutes’ walk away from the tube and mainline station. At the heart of The Mermaid is the main Auditorium which has tiered seating, great sightlines, plenty of leg room and holds up to 600 persons. With an impressive stage which can host receptions and parties following your meeting. The Mermaid has an in house technical team plus a full range of audio visual equipment that is available to hire. The Auditorium is suitable for AGM's, conferences, product launches, fashion shows, presentations, comedy nights as well as music and dance events.
On the first floor there is an exhibition space which can hold up to 30 stands, 3m x 2m in shell scheme format. This space can also be broken down into 4 smaller meeting rooms which hold 14 - 220 delegates with the use of moveable walls. Dinners for up to 300 can also be served in this area.
