The Mission of The Montessori School of Charlottetown is to provide a holistic, joyful and developmental approach to education.
Curriculum is based on the child development discoveries, methods and teachings of Dr. Maria Montessori now in practice around the world at over 25,000 schools.
The Montessori School of Charlottetown has an 8,500sqf space on the third floor of the National Bank Tower situated on Kent Street in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Located in the heart of the provincial capital, students have access to historic landmarks, parks, and national art gallery.
Two multipurpose rooms host a library, resources and technology, drama activities and physical education. Lunches are held in the community room and make use of the on-site kitchen. There is designated before and after school programming space. Music lessons are hosted in two private teaching rooms.
