The Rebellion is your neighborhood restaurant, locally owned and operated, opened in revolt to the way fast food is done. We were sick of over-priced food made from mediocre ingredients. We wanted more options when it came to delivery. We were tired of restaurants that only care about the bottom line. We were finished hoping for healthy options or social and environmental awareness from the national companies. The Rebellion is a revolution against all of this. We make the best tasting pizzas, burgers, salads, and sides Denver has to offer, all of which are available for delivery or carry out. We make our pizza dough and sauce from scratch on location with premium ingredients like organic flour, extra virgin olive oil, and sea salt, to name a few. Plus, for nearly every meat and dairy option we offer a vegan alternative. Yet we keep our prices reasonable so anyone can enjoy our full menu.
