Thick is a strategic design agency. We are a purpose first business; we work on projects that do good for people and planet. We were one of Australia's first B-Corps, last year we adopted the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. We do our fair share of pro-bono work and give a portion of our income to charity, we have donated almost $500,000 so far. Our team is diverse and multidisciplinary. We are currently 30-odd people doing strategy, research, design, writing and coding. Everyone is lovely and talented and smart, the thing that binds them is a drive to make a real dent in the universe. Our clients are a mix of businesses, government agencies and not for profits including Oxfam, NAB, Sustainability Victoria, HESTA, City of Melbourne and Landcare. Our projects are a mix of designing strategy, brands, services and customer experiences. We are lucky to work on issues we care deeply about like family violence, social inclusion and mental health.
