The founder of THISEN FOTO Thilack Aaishwa Seneviratne, better known as Thilak Seneviratne or Thilak Sen began this business with two of his batch mates who studied photography with him 30 years ago. The team was soon recognized as leaders in the industry, armed with state of the art equipment and high quality printing facilities.
Within a short period THISEN FOTO was able to acquire an impressive clientele, a remarkable feat for such a new firm, competing with larger and longstanding Sri Lankan photography houses.
The company’s reputation and innovative style saw it as a favoured choice for many leading Sri Lankan advertising agencies, specializing particularly in major brand and business launch campaigns. As a result, THISEN FOTO was able to participate in mega events such as the Pepsi launch in Sri Lanka as well as the soft and grand openings of the Colombo Hilton Hotel.
