Total-Western, Inc. was formed July 1, 1995 by the combination of The Western Companies and Total Services, Inc.
Originally founded in 1972 with a single office in Paramount, California, Western Industrial Maintenance specialized in providing maintenance and construction services to refinery, power and industrial clients. By 1978 The Company had expanded to four offices, including Paramount and Richmond, California, Portland, Oregon and Mount Vernon, Washington. Total Services, Inc. began providing construction and maintenance services to the Central California area in 1983.
In 1987 The Western Companies became affiliated with Bragg Investment Company affording them direct access to the crane, rigging, heavy equipment and transportation capabilities of the premier crane and rigging company in the Western United States.
The joining of Total Services and The Western Companies created Total-Western, Inc. with five locations and the management, personnel, equipment and facility resources to provide const
