Everything we do is about empowering the individual because we believe the world works better when people have choices. Our parents & grandparents retired after 30 years of working for the same company. They went to the office every day because that’s where their work was. There was no choice. But the nature of work is changing. Today, we work for numerous companies, or we start our own, before reaching retirement age. We want freedom from long-term commitments and we choose carefully who we work with. We are no longer chained to our desks 40-50 hours per week because technology has given us the freedom to work anywhere, anytime!
