U&I is a volunteer driven charity that is committed to partnering with social organisations to work towards positive social change in the spheres of education, anti-trafficking, child and women welfare and mental health.
Established in 2011, by Satish Manchikanti, a successful businessman and Ajit Sivaram, a youth
worker, U&I has always been about aiming to make a difference by educating and rehabilitating people from various communities.
With a focus on engaging people in social action, U&I runs 3 programs across Bangalore in partnership with orphanages, state homes, colleges, corporates and NGOs. As of today, U&I impacts more than 650 women and children directly on a weekly basis.
