Upstate Divorce Mediation was founded to provide divorce mediation and other mediation and facilitation services in the Greater Capital Region, including Albany, Saratoga, Rensselaer, Columbia, Greene and Schenectady Counties. Our offices are located in Albany, Saratoga Springs and Catskill.
David Louis, President, is certified as an Advanced Practitioner Family Mediator by the Association for Conflict Resolution and is an Accredited Mediator (NYS Council on Divorce Mediation). My divorce mediation practice is focused on helping spouses to communicate and work together to plan their lives apart, and in those situations where there are children of the marriage, I provide a child-centered approach to minimize the impact of divorce and separation on the children.
