Urban Breath Yoga is located at 4237 Manchester Ave. in the Grove neighborhood and opened at 2812 Sutton Blvd. in Maplewood in early 2015. We specialize in yoga for beginners, classic hatha yoga and flowing vinyasa practices. We have a extensive specialty programming that includes prenatal yoga, workshops, weekend immersive experiences, and yoga instructor trainings. Our staff of bright, talented yoga instructors each bring their individual knowledge, skills, and gifts to the classes they teach. We encourage you to meet all of our teachers and we believe you will find the class that suits you.
