There are innovative, exciting companies that are poised for growth in emerging markets. However, these companies lack access to the capital required to fuel their growth. VestedWorld is an online venture capital platform focused on connecting accredited investors with opportunities to invest in those companies. All companies listed on the VestedWorld platform have been fully vetted by our team and approved by our investment committee. The terms of each investment are negotiated prior to posting the investment on the platform. Investors have the ability to review the due diligence and investment memos prepared by VestedWorld in connection with each investment and investors will also have access to the original materials we reviewed in connection with VestedWorld's assessment of the investment opportunity. Once we have successfully completed the fundraising process, the VestedWorld team, and select investors or third-party advisers, will actively manage the investment on behalf the investor group.
