Urgent Team is a family of urgent care centers developed to provide high-quality, affordable and convenient walk-in medical service in suburban neighborhoods, rural towns and mid-size cities across the Southeast.
Initially named WellNow Urgent Care, the company was founded in August 2011 by healthcare executives who saw a need for facilities open nights and weekends that were a less expensive alternative to hospital emergency rooms and more convenient and timely than a primary care physician’s office that required appointments in advance.
Our centers fill a gap for the convenient treatment of medical situations that could range from a minor laceration, to the flu, to a potential broken bone, or to a child who needs to see a doctor for a minor ailment outside normal office hours.
The company started with a handful of urgent care centers in small towns around Nashville and has since grown to a family of 29 centers throughout Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi which encompasses four brands-Urgent Team,
