As a psychotherapist, I bring skill and sensitivity to the work of understanding and helping you change your individual patterns with food and lifestyle choices. By transforming the way you eat and view food, manage stress, take care of yourself spiritually, mentally, and physically, we will right your course toward profound wellness. We create a plan that details step by step, the changes you wish to make. Each day you will incorporate new foods, thoughts, and actions that will empower and excite you. Unique to the way I coach is working with you in the places you live and eat. We'll plan a session at your home to get your kitchen environment organized and well-stocked for endless, abundant, quick and easy, creative eats. We'll also plan a shopping trip together.
