Wellspring promotes the recovery of persons with mental illness through leadership in the development of quality housing and rehabilitation services.
Wellspring promotes mental health recovery for adults with severe and persistent mental illness by providing quality housing and rehabilitative services for nearly 600 clients annually. As a private, non-profit agency, Wellspring operates two Crisis Stabilization services, two Transitional Housing programs, three Supported Housing programs and deeply subsidized rental housing throughout Jefferson County and a Shelby County site. For many years, Wellspring was the only agency in the Louisville, Kentucky region that provided independent housing coupled with psychiatric rehabilitative services for those challenged by mental illness. We are proud that today, we still offer the region’s most comprehensive supportive housing services for adults with severe mental illness.
