The West Australian Symphony Orchestra is a full-time ensemble of 82 musicians based in Perth, Western Australia. As the state's premier arts company the orchestra performs its major concerts in the exceptional acoustic of the Perth Concert Hall. The orchestra also performs with the West Australian Ballet and Opera companies and has highly developed educational, regional, talent development and audience development programs. WASO’s mission is to touch souls and enrich lives through music.
