Wichita Women's Initiative Network

Women's Initiative Network (WIN) is a non-profit collaborative endeavor that provides women survivors of domestic abuse with educational and employment opportunities fostering healing and self-sufficiency. Our goal is to help women make the transition to financial and emotional independence. WIN offers a supportive environment for women in transition, providing advocacy, emotional support, mentoring, coaching and teaching that allows them to regain job security in today's workforce. We offer a holistic and individual approach to helping women break the cycles of abuse and poverty. A portion of our support comes from the sale of products made by the women of WIN. We offer a great selection of products including dipped pretzels, brownie and pancake mixes along with sports themed coasters and oven mitts. The production and sales of these items provide a valuable resource for the women of our community, employing those who need a stepping stone as they move toward self-sufficiency.
