Wikifactory is a startup located in London and Chengdu. We are operating, both online and offline, in the field of digital fabrication technologies - with the aim of working towards an “Internet of Production”.
Since December 2015, we are actively developing our online collaboration and distributed production platform for products that can be downloaded and produced locally using digital fabrication technologies (such as 3D printers, cnc machines, laser cutters, etc) in micro-factories or by makers all around the world. Think "github for products" meets "airbnb of production". Open beta launch dates TBA.
In London and Chengdu, we’re developing innovations hubs, where product designers, engineers, architects, technologists and makers have access to the tools, resources, knowledge and community they need to turn their ideas into viable products.
