3 missions :
> Construire l'estime de soi
Redonner aux personnes incarcérées une meilleure estime de soi pour qu’elles puissent retrouver le désir et l’énergie nécessaires pour être moteur de leur réinsertion.
> De la prison à une embauche
Accompagner des personnes détenues pendant leur temps d’incarcération jusqu’à une embauche par des entreprises partenaires, et les suivre après.
> Sensibilisation de la société
Sensibiliser la société et les chefs d’entreprise à l’enjeu de la réinsertion des sortants de prison.
